We bought the house with a very outdated bathroom ( see pictures). Alvine changed it into a nice and modern bathroom. ( see film) Also an outside shower was newly build on the terrace along our master bedroom.
Alvine communicated very well with us during the construction period. ( We were not in Houtbay during the work)

Alvine has been working for me since many years on various projects. He did painting, carpentry jobs, plumbing, electricity, tiling, construction including conversions from simple structures in 150 sqm living spaces. He has been very diligent in following up the work of his craftsmen, we kept budgets and I could rely on him also in difficult situations. It is always a pleasure to work with Alvine.
Alvin Khumalo did a fantastic job on my tiny kitchen. He arrived with a team of people including a designer, an electrician and a plumber. Between them they found solutions to everything I needed. They sourced all the materials, removed the old fittings and rubble and even worked over time to save me from endless nights of a non functioning kitchen. Pricing is reasonable and they are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Alvin and his team.
